We build what we'd actually want to use of

Two agency veterans who got tired of building great software for everyone else – so we started building our own.

In 2023, Kyle and Ben were playing pool and talking about work – nothing new, they’d done it a hundred times before. Except this time the conversation didn’t end where it usually did.

Both had spent years in the agency world, building products and solving problems for other people’s companies. They knew the industry inside out – the good, the bad, and the deeply frustrating. Which led them back to the same question: why aren’t we doing this for ourselves? We know what good looks like. We know what clients actually need. We should build something better.

That night, Elbah Group was born.
Not in a boardroom, not with a business plan – over a game of pool, with a simple intention: to make a difference.
Maybe one day we’ll explain where the name came from, but that’s a different story.

What We Believe

Software agencies have a reputation problem, and most of it is earned. Account managers standing between you and the developer. Timelines that slip without explanation. Work that gets handed off to whoever’s free rather than whoever’s right. We built Elbah Group to be the opposite of that – small on purpose, so nothing gets lost between the people building your product and the people who need it.

Proof, Not Promises

Anyone can say they build good software. We built Sentinel instead – our own SaaS product, live in 2026, built with the exact same standards, technologies, and attention to detail we bring to every client project. If you want to know what working with us looks like, that’s it.

The Team

Kyle Eastham

Co-Founder

Kyle’s background is rooted in agency delivery, giving him a sharp eye for both the technical execution and the business logic behind great software. He’s the kind of developer who asks “why” before writing a single line of code and has shipped countless projects for agency clients along the way.

Ben Vernazza

Co-Founder

Ben’s background covers both SaaS and agency work, where he’s spent his time across the full stack with a particular interest in API development and server architecture. He’s the kind of developer who’s happiest when he’s building something from the ground up – which is exactly what he gets to do at Elbah.

Where We're Headed

Sentinel is the first product, not the last. We’re building Elbah Group as a company that ships its own software as seriously as it ships client work – and takes on client projects with the same standards we hold ourselves to.
